{OPEN} REDUCED - SEMICHIBI BUN ADOPTABLE

This took me quite a while to make. ;n;
Still haven't bought my tablet as planned, kinda wondering if I should or not. :c
I had fun colouring her -- I used new techniques I haven't done before and it's amazing to see how much they improve your drawings. *^*

I used Paint Tool Sai and a mouse~
